Dear Gloria, I am writing this recommendation of your work to share with others. "Gloria found us our perfect townhouse! We were first time homebuyers with limited budgets. Gloria was very dedicated, persistant, patient and guided us the whole way!!!! We started looking in 2005 when we met at an open house. She kept in touch and never gave up on us. Finally in 2009 we bit the bullet and started to look in ernest. The Tax credit also had alot to do with the final decision. We looked at short sales, foreclosures. We looked at houses and townhouses and Gloria through out would give us her honest opinion while educating us about her answers. We put an offer on a short sale property that turned out to be a nightmare in dealing with the other agent, long story short our offer was not accepted. At that point we were ready to quit, however Gloria kept saying that this is a silver lining and we will find something much better. And better we did find. Move-In Condition NOTHING to do except move our belongings and buy new furniture. She was right and I am glad she was there for me and my daughter. Hi Gloria, Both Sali and I think you are a fabulous real estate professional. We have received your e-mails and your phone call, and at this time we are going to stay in North Jersey at our Short Hills residence. You have been prompt to show us houses we wanted to see, and you never tried to influence our judgment. What I appreciated most is your honesty about drawbacks some houses had. We've known Realtors who would keep praising something that's obviously awful or will cost money to fix. Another aspect I liked is your continued presence. You were there at all steps of the buying process; while the seller has seen you during all those occasions (visits,inspection,walk through, closing), not once have I seen the Realtor realtor. When I have asked your for an information, you've done your best to get that information and you made sure to call me back with the information as soon as possible. She Truly Listens to Her Customers! My husband and I send this e-mail in hopes that it makes Gloria's Testimonial page on her web site. Gloria was professional and hard working during the sale of our old condominium and purchase of our new one. She invested so much time with us and it didn't matter what hour of the day it was.
